The two wallets — one starting in “0x27” and the other “0x7f” — were created 3,630 days ago, on July 30, 2015. That date marked the mainnet launch of the Ethereum blockchain, a phase called “Frontier” in the history of the ecosystem. On July 3, 2025, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit agreed to end an appeal that crypto advocacy group Coin Center made to OFAC regarding the Ethereum-based mixing service Tornado Cash.
