Mold is supposed to fix it. This applies not only to fine cheese, but also to Remedy’s co-op shooter FBC: Firebreak. That’s because the new update is all about a mysterious mold that has infested the research center and is now causing malicious mutants. The update is also said to include numerous improvements, bug fixes, and new content such as weapons and equipment items.
FBC: Firebreak failed to really impress fans or the press, despite initially high user numbers. Before the fall sale, the game couldn’t even reach 40 concurrent players on Steam for many weeks. A disastrous result. Thanks to the aforementioned promotion, the number has since risen to over 250. #1m“>not even 40 concurrent players on Steam for many weeks. A disastrous result. However, Remedy does not want to give up on the game yet and plans to continue supporting it. On Steam, FBC: Firebreak now has a rating of 65 percent positive reviews on Steam. Fortunately, you can also play the shooter on your own and don’t have to rely on other players, even though it is of course designed for co-op.
You can currently play FBC: Firebreak on Steam with a 40 percent discount for 24 instead of 40 euros. The offer is valid until October 6, 2025. It is also included in Microsoft Game Pass.
