After his hit series Peaky Blinders – Gangs of Birmingham, Steven Knight has remained busy. His new series A Thousand Blows was released on Disney+ just this year. Now, in a few weeks, the showrunner is back with another crime epic based on a true story. In the meantime, you can watch the first trailer for House of Guinness.

Here is the German trailer for Netflix’s House of Guinness:

In House of Guinness, Steven Knight turns his attention to a criminal beer-brewing dynasty on Netflix

The new series from the creator of Peaky Blinders is set in the 19th century and revolves around one of Europe’s most famous brewing dynasties. After the death of Sir Benjamin, a bitter power struggle erupts over the legacy of the Guinness founder.

The cast includes stars such as Anthony Boyle (Masters of the Air) as Arthur Guinness, Louis Partridge (Enola Holmes) as Edward Guinness, Emily Fairn (Rain Dogs) as Anne Guinness, and Fionn O’Shea (Handsome Devil) as Benjamin Guinness.

When will House of Guinness start on Netflix?

Fans of historical crime dramas only have to wait until September 25, 2025. Then all eight episodes of House of Guinness will be released at once on Netflix for subscribers.
