Former Starcraft II pro-turned streamer and political commentator Steven ‘Destiny’ Bonnell II faces severe allegations after chat logs dating back to 2022 appear to show him sexting with an alleged minor.

These most recent Destiny allegations follow a historical pattern of behaviour from the controversial streamer.

Who is Destiny?

Steven ‘Destiny’ Bonnell II is a controversial livestreamer, content creator, podcast host, and former professional Starcraft II player.

He began his Starcraft II career in 2011 and actively competed until 2015. Despite his gaming livestreams quickly gaining popularity, he was plagued by controversy throughout his entire time as a pro player.

From 2011 to 2012, Destiny was signed to three different teams: ROOT Gaming, compLexity Gaming, and Quantic Gaming.

His time at both ROOT Gaming and Quantic Gaming was cut short due to pressure from sponsors. This pressure stemmed from incidents involving inappropriate language and concerning incidents that portrayed him as a liability to organisations.

After leaving professional esports, Destiny became a prolific streamer, often engaging with politics while live.

Several high-profile controversies have followed him since.

These controversies include claiming that using racist or homophobic language with friends does not make you racist or homophobic, and hosting neo-nazi Nick Fuentes on his channel.

Perhaps his most famous controversy was stating that he would prefer if “white redneck f***ing militia dudes” would engage in “mowing down dips**t protestors” and “they would have my blessing to do so” during the protests following George Floyd’s death in 2020.

His pro-militia tirade cost him his Twitch Partnership. Eventually, Destiny was banned from the platform entirely.

Destiny was also highly criticised for insensitive posts and comments made after the July 2025 Texas floods that caused at least 135 fatalities.

This controversy-ridden history has led to online communities receiving the current Destiny allegations with unsurprised disappointment.

What are the current Destiny allegations?

Fresh controversy surrounding new Destiny allegations has surfaced after 2022 chat logs between the streamer and an individual known as “Rose” were shared online.

“Rose” was allegedly 17 at the time. Destiny would have been 33 years old. The alleged messages show explicit sexual conversation between the two parties.

Separate cyber sexual harassment legal case links Destiny to “Rose” in 2022

Court documents revealed after Destiny was sued for cyber sexual harassment show that he has been accused of sending “Rose” a pornographic video taken of another content creator.

The video in question was eventually leaked on social media in 2024. Consequently, the alleged cyber sexual harassment victim received an onslaught of online hate and harassment.

Attorneys representing the alleged victim in this legal case allege that Destiny breached federal “revenge porn” law and Florida State cyber sexual harassment law. They also claim intentional infliction of emotional distress and privacy violation.

Nobody should be surprised at this because he has been exposed for stuff like this in the past and so much more. I just hope actual consequences come about because of this since stuff like this happens a lot and nothing is done about it.

This existing pattern of accusations has fuelled the backlash against the currently unfolding Destiny allegations. His legal history of sexual misconduct allegations also includes proposed evidence that “Rose” existed. Evidence also suggests that he was in close contact with her at the time.

Destiny’s responses to pedophilia accusations

Destiny has attempted to defend his actions in his chatroom, after he has been labelled as a pedophile by social media users for his relationship with “Rose”.

Screenshots of a message sent in the chatroom on August 20th show Destiny claiming the following:

“She told me she was 19 and there are logs confirming as much, if she was ever underage then I expect all of them will be running to that Solo guy because he was recording 60GB+ of porn with her.”

Destiny appears to be deflecting from his actions and not taking the allegations seriously. This is emphasised by him ending this statement with “LUWL” (a variation of “LOL” or laughter).

An older statement made by Destiny defending his alleged sexual relationship with “Rose” from May 2025 has also surfaced. This statement is as follows:

“It’s funny because they think I’m hiding stuff about Rose since she’s underage, the only reason I haven’t actually mentioned much about her is because I know it makes those r****ds dig harder.”

How many times does this ghoul have to get exposed for being a pedo before he’s no longer online?

Posts showing Destiny’s responses in chat rooms have not been well-received online. Commenters are labelling him as a “pedophile,” “sex pest,” “scumbag,” and “evil” in response.

What will happen now that these Destiny allegations have surfaced?

Regarding Destiny’s legal cyber sexual harassment case, Florida Court records for “Doe v Bonnell” state that the record was last updated August 20th, 2025. The last known filing was completed July 29th, 2025. A jury has been requested by the defendant (Steven ‘Destiny’ Bonnell II).

As of this writing, no official action from a legal or public body has been taken against Destiny regarding allegations of sexual misconduct involving a minor.

Destiny’s alleged misconduct echoes a worrying pattern of sexual misconduct allegations in esports, gaming, and content creation. Historical allegations continue to rise across all three industries.

Recently, sexual misconduct allegations were raised against Origen esports co-founder, David Primo, in the League of Legends space. Similar to Destiny, these accusations included alleged instances of inappropriate sexual misconduct involving suspected minors.

ENUK has reached out to Steven ‘Destiny’ Bonnell to request comment.
