Age of Empires IV is the latest Xbox game to launch on PlayStation.
As announced during Gamescom Opening Night Live, the title will launch on November 4 on PlayStation 5, with all DLC also available on release – alongside a brand new expansion pack for the strategy game.
“Step into a bold new chapter of Age of Empires IV with Dynasties of the East – an exciting new expansion introducing four variant civilizations with unique gameplay mechanics and a new single-player game mode that will redefine the way you play Age of Empires IV,” the Steam description reads.
The expansion, also set to launch on November 4, includes four different civilizations that are inspired by factions throughout history – The Golden Horde, The Macedonian Dynasty, Sengoku Daimyo, and The Tughlaw Dynasty. Eight new maps and six new biomes are also featured in the expansion, and are available across both single-player and multiplayer.
