Disciples: Domination is the fifth installment in the series that began in 1999 with Disciples: Sacred Lands. It takes place 15 years after its predecessor, Liberation, and you once again take on the role of Avyanna. The former soldier is now queen of the kingdom of Nevendaar. But that sounds better on paper (or your screen) than it is in reality. Nevendaar is torn apart, with rival factions vying for power.
You gallop through the dark fantasy world with Avyanna and her army in real time, just like in Liberation. Quest objectives are indicated with direction arrows and distances. The game only switches to classic turn-based mode when combat begins.
