Riot Games has announced the full schedule for the final LEC 2025 Summer Split.
The final split of the year will decide what teams will represent EMEA at the League of Legends World Championship.
In a surprising twist, the LEC’s two MSI representatives won’t be playing in the opening week of the 2025 Summer Split.
After competing at MSI and then the Esports World Cup, G2 Esports and Movistar KOI won’t compete until August 9th, in Week 2.
It will be strange for LEC fans to adapt as the standings will be skewed by how many games each team has played.
They’ll also have to adapt to a new format as the line-up for the LEC Summer 2025 groups was revealed last week.
It’s going to be a brutal start to life in the LEC for Natus Vincere as they play the opening game of the season against Winter champions Karmine Corp.
Many will be excited to see Fnatic’s new midlaner, Yun ‘Poby’ Sung-won, take on their arch rivals G2 on August 17th.
With no Season Final Championship, the three Worlds 2025 representatives will be decided in Madrid in September.
