Team Falcons has announced the creation of “Falcons Force”, a Counter-Strike 2 academy team packed with “the most promising talents.”
The Saudi Arabian esports organization’s main squad is one of the strongest teams globally, at least on paper.
While they’ve acquired superstars like Nikola “NiKo” Kovač and Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov by splashing the cash, an academy team is a wholly different story.

Falcons Force is an academy program that aims to bring on board “the most promising talents” and prepare players for the biggest stages CS2 esports has to offer.
The result: a team of relatively unknown players with Danish coach Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen at the helm.
Meet the Falcons Force Players and Coach
On July 6, 2025, the organization announced the Falcons Force academy program, and coach NaToSaphiX took to X to reveal he would be joining the outfit on the same day.
As a player, NaToSaphiX previously held positions on the rosters of Complexity Gaming, HEROIC, and Sprout before moving to a coaching role. As a coach, the 29-year-old Dane helmed NIP Impact from March 2024 to June 2025.
The all-female team earned a 5th-6th place finish at the ESL Impact League Season 6 Finals, and a 3rd-4th place finish in Season 7 during NaToSaphiX’s time as coach—the best-ever placement for NIP Impact.

After an open application process that took a few months, the roster of “rising stars and elite prospects” was officially revealed on September 15, 2025. The roster features mostly unknown players, with only Andrei “grecu” Grecu (previously with INFINITE) and Vladimir “VENO” Stankovic (previously with Volt) having official player profile pages on HLTV.

The Falcons Force CS2 roster is not to be confused with the organization’s previous PUBG Mobile roster, which disbanded in April 2025. At the time of writing, Falcons Force has not entered any events.
