The demo has also revealed the system requirements for Anno 117: Pax Romana. Anything goes, from six-year-old hardware to modern GPUs.

Interested players can now try out the game in a demo version. The official system requirements for the game were also revealed with the test version.

After Ubisoft already announced the initial specifications for the demo version, the Mainz-based development team has now published the official system requirements in a blog post .

Just in time for the release of the system requirements for Anno 117: Pax Romana, Ubisoft Mainz has also uploaded a new PC trailer.

In the video, the developers promote all the technical features that are supposed to look particularly good on your computer – including ray tracing, 4K support, and support for widescreen monitors.

By the way, an SSD is required for storage. Ubisoft Mainz only provides this information on the official Steam website for the demo – but it would be rather strange if the full version of Anno 117: Pax Romana could then run on a regular HDD.

Speaking of the demo: The trial version is available now and until September 16, 2025, at Ubisoft Connect. Interested players can try out the new Anno for up to one hour.

With Anno 117: Pax Romana, the popular building series travels to the Roman Empire in the year 117 AD. As a Roman governor, your task is to satisfy the demanding population and navigate cultural conflicts with the former Celtic inhabitants.
